Thank you for purchasing tickets for DMD WORLD IN JAPAN Start to Bloom.

This notice is about the information related to the event, such as merchandise sales.

 

At first, we sincerely apologize that actor Mr. Copper (Phuriwat Chotiratanasak), a member of our event’s host artist, will not appear to the event due to business reasons.

 

◆Merchandise Sales◆

【Official Sales】

・T-SHIRT(Two types)　￥5,000 per piece

・BRACELET LIGHT  ￥3,500

 

※The number of merchandise are limited. (The sales will end as the items are sold out.)

 

• Time of the Sales

・Advanced sale：1 p.m. to 2：45 p.m. (Venue open hours.)

 

※There will be no sales after the show

※Please follow our guidance when form lines for purchasing.

  

【CAUTUION】

・During the event, video shooting is possible, however, live streaming is strictly prohibited. When shooting, you should use a smartphone. Do not use a camera or other devices. Besides, you cannot bring those devices into the venue. If you take camera or other recording equipment, you should leave them in a locker. 

・You can take hand-made fans which are no larger than 30cm square. When using them, be considerate of other spectators. Do not bring an electric signboard.

・If you are willing to attend the event in a wheelchair, notify us before ticket issuance.

・You should take care of your belongings yourself. We will not take responsibility at all if any problem occurs related to your belongings.

・In case of event cancelation, we will not compensate any damages you suffered, such as travel costs, transportation expenses and so on.

・If you are not feeling well during the event, please tell the nearest staff member.

・Do not contact directly at the venue for any reason.

・In the venue, please follow the guidance and instruction of our staff members. If you do not cooperate with our guidance, we regret to inform you that you will be removed.

 

【Flower Stand】

We are very sorry, but do not accept any flower stands to the green rooms.

For flower stand to the venue lobby, only those who applied during the application period (it has ended.) are approved to do. We have already sent a guidance to the advanced applicants by email.

If you have not received our guidance yet, email us again. info@a-ara.co.jp

Because of the space limitation, it will be possible that a few flower stands could install outside the venue.

 

【Slogan】

If you bring your own slogan at the venue, we will address to set up a location near the entrance.

Please hand them to our staff members around 10 to 11 a.m.

(If you would like to use different slogans for each event, please explain us of about details.)

Depending on the time, you should wait for a moment for the service.

【Gift】

To our regret, we will not accept any kind of gifts to the artists including letters, greeting cards and the like. Do not bring them to the venue.

 

 【Secondary Ticketing and Lost ticket】

Ticket resale is prohibited. When we get any information regarding ticket resale through any Auction Websites, we will have to take identity verification. Please be informed beforehand.

 

Above all, you should get a ticket before come to the venue. Anyone who do not have a ticket cannot enter the venue for any reasons. It could be possible that you lose your tickets or get stolen your tickets, however whatever reason you may have, you need to show your ticket to join the event. Please be sure to get a ticket issuance in advance.
