◆ Merchandise Sales ◆

 

【Official Merchandise】

 

* Acrylic Stand — 3 designs, ¥1,800 each

※ Merchandise is available in limited quantities.

 

* Sales Time: During opening hours of each session at the venue.

 

※ Sales will end once all merchandise has sold out.

※ There will be no merchandise sales after the performance.

◆ For Those who win the Sound Check Through Merchandise Purchase ◆

 

Only those who receive a winning ticket included with their merchandise purchase may participate in the sound check.

 

Admission will be in the order of the number indicated on the winning ticket.

 

Please also bring your ticket with you for the main performance.

 

Photography is permitted during the sound check.

 

Please carefully check all information written on your winning ticket before participating.

◆ Benefit Lottery Procedure ◆

 

When you enter the venue, you will receive a postcard as a gift.

 

If you receive a postcard with a “WINNER” indication, you will be eligible to participate in the Benefit.

 

There will be no exchange for a signed postcard. Please take the postcard home with you as it is.

 

Photography is permitted during the Meet & Greet.

 

Participants will be randomly divided into groups of 10 people. Each group will have 1 minute to freely spend time surrounding the artists.

 

※ Physical contact with the artists or handing items to them is not permitted.

 

Please keep your postcard safe, so as not to invalid if lost.

 

The Benefit will take place after the event has ended. Please understand that the event may finish later than scheduled.

◆ For Customers who Purchase Paid Benefits ◆

 

＊The Benefit will take place after each performance on the day of the event.

 

＊No refunds will be provided if you purchase only a Benefit ticket or if you fail to arrive at the designated Benefit time.

 

＊The Benefit ticket and the admission ticket for the main performance are separate tickets. Please issue them in advance and bring both tickets.

 

＊Your admission ticket for the main performance will also be checked when participating in the Benefit. If you forget, lose, or have your ticket stolen, you will not be permitted to participate in the Benefit under any circumstances. Please note that no refund will be provided.

 

＊If you do not arrive at the designated Benefit time, you will not be able to participate. No refund will be provided.

 

＊The name of the person who applied for the Benefit ticket will be printed on the ticket, and identity verification will be conducted. Please bring a valid photo ID. Those who do not have an acceptable photo ID will not be permitted to participate.

 

Acceptable forms of identification:

Original, valid, government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license, passport, My Number Card, Residence Card, or Special Permanent Resident Certificate. Student IDs are also accepted if they are valid on the date of verification.

 

※ Copies and screenshots are not accepted.

※ Employee ID cards and IDs that only display a name are not accepted.

 

If you are not the person named on the ticket, or if you cannot present a valid photo ID, you will not be permitted to participate in the Benefit under any circumstances.

 

＊If any fraudulent activity is discovered, you will not be permitted to participate in either the Benefit or the main performance. Please note that no refund will be provided.

◆ 2:1 Photo Session ◆

 

* Photos will be taken by a professional photographer.

* Your photos will be uploaded to a designated online drive at a later date and will only be available during the specified download period.

    (A QR code will be provided to you on the day of the event.)

* Photos are scheduled to be released around early October.

    (The release date is subject to change.)

* Download deadline: November 11, 2026 (Wednesday), 11:00 AM

* ※ Downloads will not be available under any circumstances after the deadline.

* The same folder will contain data belonging to other customers. Please handle all photo data with care and do not access, share, or use other customers’ data.

* During the photo session, both the artist and customer will be photographed at designated locations. We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific poses.

* Whether you will be seated or standing will be confirmed on the day of the event.

* If any dangerous, prohibited, or fraudulent behavior is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, the ticket price will not be refunded.

* Please note that the artist’s or customer’s face may be obscured if either person is facing sideways or due to the positioning during the photo. Retakes will not be provided.

* Smartphones and other electronic devices may not be brought into the photo booth. It is also prohibited to show a smartphone or other electronic device to the artist in order to request a pose. Please use paper, photographs, or gestures to communicate your desired pose.

* Excessive physical contact, such as hugging or touching the artist’s face or hair, as well as actions such as asking the artist to hold an object, are prohibited as they may place a burden on the artist.

* Please note that staff may speak to you or touch you when providing instructions or assisting with the event proceedings.

【Important Event Guidelines】

 

* Photography during the main performance is permitted only with smartphones. Photography using cameras or any other electronic devices is prohibited. Please note that bringing a camera into the venue is also prohibited.

* Photography is permitted during the Farewell/Send-Off Event, but we ask that you proceed promptly and cooperate with the staff.

* The Farewell/Send-Off Event is limited to one participation per person, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

* Handmade UCHIWA fans, folding fans, and similar cheering items may be brought into and used at the venue only if the fan/display portion, excluding the handle, is no larger than 30 cm × 30 cm.

* Light-up boards are not permitted.

* To avoid obstructing the view of other guests, please use cheering items at a height no higher than your chest.

* If you plan to attend or watch the performance in a wheelchair, please notify us before your tickets are issued.

* Please manage your personal belongings at your own responsibility. Large items such as suitcases cannot be brought to your seat.

* The organizers, venue, and performers assume no responsibility for accidents, loss, or theft occurring inside or outside the venue.

* Transportation and accommodation expenses to and from the venue are the responsibility of each customer.

* If the live event itself must be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be responsible for any resulting damages.

* In the event of cancellation or postponement, travel and transportation expenses cannot be reimbursed.

* If you become unwell during the event, or if someone near you appears to be feeling unwell, please notify a member of the hall staff.

* Please do not contact the venue directly with inquiries.

* Anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that causes inconvenience to other guests, either inside or outside the venue, may be asked to leave.

【Ticket Resale, Loss, etc.】

 

Reselling purchased tickets is prohibited.

 

For admission tickets to this performance that have been resold or listed on auction websites or similar platforms, if the performance date/time and seat number can be identified, the purchaser’s information will be checked. When the holder attempts to enter the venue with such a ticket, they may be required to present photo identification for identity verification. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Tickets must be issued in advance.

 

Customers who have not issued their tickets, or who do not have their admission ticket due to forgetting, loss, or theft, will not be permitted to enter the venue under any circumstances.
