【サポート、ロビー花・楽屋花に関して】

フードサポートは季節柄、衛生管理の面を考慮いたしまして受付致しかねます。何卒ご了承ください。

スタンド花やバルーンは業者さまにて搬入、搬出いただけるものに限り受付いたします。

スペースの都合上、一団体、一基でお願いできれば幸いです。

下記の期間中に必ずメールにて申請をお願い致します。申請のないものは受付できませんのでご了承ください。

 

申請期間：2025年9月1日～2025年9月20日まで

件名にIDOLFACTORY　ロビー花について　をご記入のうえ、申請者の方のお名前、電話番号、設置の内容物をご連絡ください。

個別に搬入方法、搬出方法をお伝えいたします。

 

 

【プレゼントについて】

会場にて出演アーティストへのプレゼントBOXを設置いたします

必ずどなた宛なのかをアルファベット表記でご記入ください。

下記の点をご配慮いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

・生もの、飲食物、現金、金券、大きなもの、重量の多いもの、液体物はお受取り致しかねます。

・アーティストご本人が持ち帰れる、タイに送ることが可能なもの

【Food Support and flower stand】

Considering seasonal hygiene and safety aspects, we cannot accept any kinds of food supports. We would appreciate your kind understanding.

You can send a flower stand and balloon either to the green room or to the venue lobby, however, only items brought in and take out by contractors are allowed.

Because of the space limitations, please send one item per group.

If you want to send any of those items, be sure to email us following application period. Without prior application, we cannot accept it. Thank you for your understanding.

Application email；

You need to write ‘IDOLFACTORY flower stand’ in the subject line and write your

name, phone number, contents of the installation in the text. Then, we will let you

know how to handle it.

 

【Gifts】

We will set a ‘Present Box’ for artists in the venue lobby. When you put a gift in the box, make sure to write the name of the artist you want to give in English.

※Please consider following matters.

We cannot accept any kinds of perishable foods, drinks, cash, cash voucher, liquids, large

and heavy items. Please call into account the items that either artists can take it themselves

or we will be able to send them to Thailand.
